Mac McClung Invited to Defend NBA Slam Dunk Contest Title

The former Sixers guard, now playing for the Osceola Magic, could become the fifth player to win the contest in back-to-back seasons.

Mac McClung, former Sixers guard and current point guard for the Osceola Magic, has been invited to defend his NBA Slam Dunk Contest title.
McClung became a household name after winning the contest last season with a 540-degree reverse slam.
He is the first G Leaguer to participate in the NBA's annual dunk contest.
This season, McClung is averaging 25.4 points, 6.3 assists and 4.3 rebounds for the Osceola Magic.
Only four players have won the award in back-to-back years, including Michael Jordan and Zach LaVine.
