Lynda Obst and Paula Weinstein to Receive Posthumous PGA Trailblazer Awards

The Producers Guild will honor the late producers for their groundbreaking contributions to Hollywood and advocacy for women at the February 8 ceremony.

Lynda Obst and Paula Weinstein will be posthumously honored with the Producers Guild of America's 2025 Trailblazer Award.
Both producers are recognized for their significant impact on Hollywood and their dedication to amplifying women's voices in the industry.
Obst, who passed away in October 2024 at age 74, was known for producing iconic films such as 'Sleepless in Seattle,' 'Interstellar,' and 'Contact,' as well as acclaimed TV projects like 'Good Girls Revolt.'
Weinstein, who died in March 2024 at age 78, was a two-time Emmy winner and producer of projects including 'The Perfect Storm,' 'Analyze This,' and Netflix's longest-running series, 'Grace and Frankie.'
The awards ceremony will take place on February 8, 2025, at the Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles, celebrating their legacies of empowerment, innovation, and mentorship.
