Overview
- Mercer County prosecutors announced charges Tuesday against Dimario Wynter, 28, accusing him of two counts of third-degree luring and two counts of harassment.
- Investigators say on April 16 on Prospect Avenue, a driver handed a Princeton student $100, got out of a black Jeep Patriot, and demanded a sexual act as he moved toward her.
- The next morning on Ivy Lane, a man in a dark van or SUV gave another student $100 and asked her to leave with him, and she returned the money and walked away.
- A Princeton University detective identified Wynter as a Lyft driver, and Lyft says it has permanently removed him from the platform.
- Police arrested Wynter on April 30 and released him pending court dates, and authorities ask anyone with information to call 609-989-6441.
