  • At ₹1,18,844 per sq ft, the transaction sets a new benchmark for the Juhu locality, where rates typically range from ₹55,000 to ₹75,000 per sq ft.
  • The property is part of a redevelopment project by Macrotech Developers, who acquired the site, formerly the Tulip Star Hotel, through a resolution plan approved in 2024.
  • The project is expected to be completed by September 2028, reflecting continued demand for ultra-luxury homes in Mumbai's prime areas.
