Luxury Juhu Apartment Sets Record at ₹1.18 Lakh per Sq Ft in ₹106 Crore Deal

Sahastraa Advisors purchased the under-construction apartment in Lodha Avalon, marking one of Mumbai's most expensive residential transactions.

The apartment, located on the seventh floor of Lodha Avalon on Juhu Tara Road, spans 8,963 sq ft of RERA carpet area and includes five parking spaces.
The deal, finalized on January 19, 2025, amounted to ₹106.52 crore, with a stamp duty of ₹6.39 crore paid for registration.
At ₹1,18,844 per sq ft, the transaction sets a new benchmark for the Juhu locality, where rates typically range from ₹55,000 to ₹75,000 per sq ft.
The property is part of a redevelopment project by Macrotech Developers, who acquired the site, formerly the Tulip Star Hotel, through a resolution plan approved in 2024.
The project is expected to be completed by September 2028, reflecting continued demand for ultra-luxury homes in Mumbai's prime areas.
