Passengers celebrated the initial departure but were informed of a temporary return to Belfast for final administrative clearance.
The ship, which offers rentals and villa purchases, is embarking on a three-and-a-half-year journey to 425 ports across 147 countries.
Despite the delay, passengers formed strong bonds and enjoyed Belfast, with some even getting engaged during the wait.
CEO Mike Petterson assured that all necessary paperwork is completed and the ship is ready to set sail by midnight.
