LuxExperience to Sell The Outnet to The O Group for $30 Million

The divestment advances LuxExperience's plan to streamline off-price operations by concentrating resources on a lean Yoox model.

  • The O Group will acquire The Outnet’s brand rights, customer data, full inventory and a U.S. distribution center, with U.K. staff and required U.S. employees transferring to the buyer.
