The couple were first seen together in October at a Janelle Monáe concert in Los Angeles.
Both Nyong'o and Jackson recently ended long-term relationships, with Nyong'o splitting from Selema Masekela and Jackson's wife, Jodie Turner-Smith, filing for divorce.
The couple have been described as having a 'very normal' relationship and enjoy doing typical things like shopping together, hanging out at home and watching movies.
