• Families of two or three people may receive four free cylinders per year, while households of four or more may receive six, with benefits not accumulating across periods.
• Vouchers expire in three months for families of two or three and in two months for larger households, and any unused credits revert to the federal Treasury.
• Pickups must be made by the registered household representative at government‑accredited GLP resellers upon presentation of proof of benefit, and participating resellers must follow prescribed visual identity rules.
