• The first Allegris‑equipped Dreamliner, registered D-ABPF, arrived in Frankfurt on August 30 after a nine-hour 24-minute nonstop from Boeing’s Paine Field.
• The aircraft is scheduled to operate the Frankfurt–Toronto route in October, with the initial assignment currently filed through October 25.
• All but four of the 28 business-class seats are blocked due to outstanding FAA certification, leaving only the front-row Business Class Suites available.
• Lufthansa says Business Class Suites, Premium Economy and Economy are bookable now, and it will release remaining business seats once certification is complete.
• The carrier expects up to nine Allegris-fitted 787-9 deliveries this year at Frankfurt, complementing Allegris A350 service from Munich, and the 787-9 will fly in a three-class layout without First Class.
