• Rizvi contacted the Lucknow Municipal Corporation, which dispatched Animal Welfare Officer Dr Abhinav Verma and a specialized cattle-catching team.
• The squad executed a controlled operation to bring the animal down without causing panic or injury to residents or the cow.
• The rescued cow was transferred to a municipal gaushala where it is now housed under care.
