Overview
- The ceremony at the Defence Expo Ground in Vrindavan Yojana marked Uttar Pradesh’s first hosting of the jamboree in 61 years, with the foundation stone laid by Finance Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna.
- Organisers project attendance of 30,000 Indian Scouts and Guides, 2,000 international participants, and 3,000 officials and staff.
- Site plans include 3,500 tents, 1,600 toilets, a 25,000-capacity arena, 64 kitchens, a 100-bed hospital, 15 dispensaries, and 100 exhibition stalls along with a market, Global Village, Adventure Zone, Wi‑Fi Zone, and a 24/7 control room.
