• The nationwide alerte enlèvement was triggered on Thursday after Lucie disappeared from Dompierre (Orne) on Wednesday night.
• Authorities identified the suspect as Charles Foury, 34, a friend of the girl’s father with prior convictions for violence and subject to a tutelle measure.
• Investigators tracked a dark grey Citroën C5 on the RN175 near Avranches at about 03:30 and later located the suspect’s phone in the Rennes area around 04:46.
