Lu Dort to Bring NBA Championship Trophy to Montreal for City Hall Honor and Parade

The visit reflects Dort’s commitment to linking his championship success with youth development in Quebec.

  • Dort will accept a special invitation from Mayor Valérie Plante at Montreal City Hall on Aug. 20, where about 200 sports-community leaders will honor his title and youth outreach.
  • The Larry O’Brien Trophy will be on display during a homecoming parade in Montreal-Nord on Aug. 21 in the borough where Dort grew up.
  • From Aug. 22 to 23, Dort will host the fifth Camp Élite clinic to provide training and mentorship to 50 of Québec’s top young male basketball players.
