Overview
- ABC’s LSU–Alabama averaged 7.54 million viewers, the weekend’s top game for a tenth straight week but below the network’s pre-blackout primetime average of 8.0 million.
- FOX’s Big Noon Saturday drew 6.03 million for Indiana–Penn State, the network’s third-biggest game of the season and the top audience in the early window.
- CBS won the 3:30 p.m. ET slot with Oregon–Iowa at 5.37 million, its second-largest audience this season and the first non-ABC victory in that window this year.
- ABC’s other games softened, with Texas A&M–Missouri at 4.87 million in mid-afternoon and BYU–Texas Tech at 3.98 million in the early window.
- Roughly 10 million YouTube TV subscribers lacked ESPN, ABC and other Disney networks for a second Saturday, and ABC’s season average dipped to 6.8 million from 7.0 million before the blackout.
