Smith allegedly attempted to punch and kick a police officer and threatened to kill the officer and his sister.
She was charged with two felonies: terroristic threats and willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
Smith was released on an $8,000 bond the following day and is prohibited from consuming alcohol or drugs.
