• After reviewing video from the Russell neighborhood scene, authorities released photos of a young Black male wearing a red hoodie and black sweatpants believed to have killed a woman on Aug. 13
• A 15-year-old initially detained near Shawnee High School was released when detectives determined he had no involvement in the shooting
• The victim, identified by her family as 23-year-old Redaja Williams, died at University of Louisville Hospital while the child she accompanied escaped unharmed
• This shooting is the second at a Louisville school bus stop in one week and occurred after daily police monitoring lapsed on Wednesday morning
