Louisiana High School Baseball Star Presumed Dead After Bahamas Boating Incident

Cameron Robbins, an 18-year-old high school graduate, went missing after jumping into shark-infested waters during a celebratory boat ride with several hundred grads in the Bahamas.
A private memorial service was held for Robbins in Baton Rouge where family and friends gathered to mourn his loss.
Robbins was a standout baseball player hoping to continue playing in college and was known for his toughness, competitiveness, and love of life.
Although his body was never recovered, authorities officially declared him lost at sea, effectively certifying his death.
While some speculated Robbins was attacked by sharks, experts believe drowning, hypothermia, injury, or a combination led to his presumed death.
