Overview

  • In Buenos Aires province, La Libertad Avanza was drawn in the first position on the Boleta Única, with José Luis Espert heading the list among 17 alliances.
  • In Córdoba, the Partido Libertario took the top spot and Provincias Unidas, led by Juan Schiaretti on that slate, was placed last on the ballot.
  • Electoral officials confirmed that if any alliance withdraws after the draw there will be no new lottery, as groups to the left shift one position to fill the space.
  • Buenos Aires will elect 35 national deputies in October, in a process overseen by the federal electoral court in La Plata with the order already communicated to parties.
  • Córdoba scheduled a September 1 public hearing to exhibit the finalized ballot design for voters and party representatives.
