Los Angeles Jewish Center Targeted by Antisemitic Graffiti as LAPD Investigates

Overview

  • Over the weekend of August 9–10, vandals spray-painted yellow swastikas, SS insignia, anti-Jewish slurs including “F--- Jews, BDS,” and a swastika on a cardboard snowman around the Shepher Community Center on Winnetka Avenue.
  • The Israeli-American Council released security-camera stills on August 11 and is working with LAPD’s Topanga detectives to identify the perpetrators.
  • Detectives are reviewing the footage and pursuing leads, and no arrests have been reported as the investigation continues.
