Long Island Woman Charged After 10 Dead Animals Found in Hoarded Home

• The home, described as unlivable, emitted noxious odors that caused personnel to gag and required them to navigate through six-foot piles of debris.
• Rescued animals, including 11 sugar gliders and nine cats, will be put up for adoption at the Smithtown Animal Shelter.
• Drug paraphernalia, crack cocaine, and MDMA were also discovered during the search, leading to additional charges against Nucci.
