Overview

  • Vazquez, 21, was taken into custody on June 2 at a friend’s Centereach home after Suffolk County investigators reviewed his online prank footage.
  • Prosecutors have charged him with unlawful surveillance, dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image and criminal tampering.
  • Online posts document him dumping a container of eggs outside Ralph’s Italian Ices on April 29 and pouring beans on himself at Wing Wah on April 30.
  • Authorities say that between May 19 and May 24 he gained access to three homes in Centereach and Selden by requesting to use the bathroom and then secretly filmed residents.
  • Investigators note his videos reached nearly 75,000 followers and are asking anyone who believes they were recorded without consent to contact the police.
