  • Prosecutors say he advanced $7,000, purchased burner phones and provided surveillance photos of the victim’s home to assist the attack.
  • The would-be assassin immediately reported the scheme to Nassau County Police, leading to Singh’s arrest on June 7.
  • Arraigned on June 8, he is held on $1 million cash bail or bonds up to $5 million and has surrendered his passport.
