Long Beach Police Hunt for Man Behind Two Daylight Assaults

A man in Long Beach, California, attacked a woman pushing a baby stroller and a 60-year-old woman in two separate incidents on the same day.
The suspect, described as a Hispanic man in his mid-20s with a 'peach fuzz mustache', was seen in surveillance footage carrying what appears to be a metal rod or pipe.
Both attacks occurred in broad daylight, with the first victim being struck in the back of the head while walking with a child, and the second victim, Aura Ortega, also struck in the back of the head while walking alone.
Neither of the victims were robbed, and the child in the stroller was not injured.
Long Beach Police have increased patrols in the area and are actively searching for the suspect.
