London Named World's Best City for 10th Straight Year

The 2025 World's Best Cities rankings highlight London's enduring appeal, with new metrics incorporating global public perception.

London has topped the annual World's Best Cities rankings for the tenth consecutive year, followed by New York and Paris.
The rankings, compiled by Resonance Consultancy and Ipsos, evaluate cities with populations over 1 million based on livability, cultural vibrancy, and economic opportunities.
For the first time, public perception data from over 22,000 people in 31 countries was included in the evaluation process.
Key factors influencing London's ranking include its iconic attractions, world-class financial sector, and fast-growing tech industry, alongside its cultural diversity and innovation.
Indian cities, including Mumbai and Delhi, did not make the top 100 globally but ranked well within the Asia-Pacific region, reflecting both strengths and challenges in livability metrics.
