• Lokesh Kanagaraj is training in martial arts camps across Thailand to prepare for his first leading role in Arun Matheswaran’s action film.
• He is concurrently supervising post-production on Coolie, which stars Rajinikanth in a gold-smuggling saga due for worldwide release on August 14, 2025.
• Coolie reunites Rajinikanth and Sathyaraj after nearly 40 years and features an ensemble cast including Shruti Haasan, Soubin Shahir, Junior MGR and Reba Monica John.
• Lokesh has clarified that Coolie is a standalone project and not part of his Lokesh Cinematic Universe.
