Overview
- Wednesday, 17 December, is the final day to request a qualifying switch, with eligibility applying to accounts opened from 16 September 2025.
- Qualifying accounts are new Club Lloyds, Club Lloyds Silver, Club Lloyds Platinum or Lloyds Premier, and the offer cannot be used to switch into an existing account.
- A full switch via the Current Account Switch Service is required, which closes the old account and transfers all payments.
- At least three active direct debits must be moved as part of the switch, while new direct debits set up after the switch starts, standing orders and recurring card payments do not count.
- Most reports say the £200 is paid within 10 working days of a completed switch, with some coverage citing three days, and Club Lloyds accounts carry monthly fees that can be offset if the £2,000 monthly deposit waiver is met.
