- The assault rifle believed to have been used in the shootings was recovered from a house in Liverpool.
- Garrett, who was arrested in Fazakerley, is reported to have previously worked as a security guard at the cinema where one of the shootings took place.
- Garrett will appear at Liverpool magistrates’ court on Saturday.
