Overview

• Doyle is scheduled to appear before Liverpool Crown Court by video link from HMP Belmarsh at 10 a.m.
• The charges stem from a May 26 incident on Water Street during Liverpool FC celebrations that injured more than 100 people, about 50 of whom were treated in hospital and later discharged.
• The indictment names child complainants as young as six months alongside numerous adults and also includes counts of grievous bodily harm with intent and wounding with intent.
• Affray and dangerous driving are listed among the additional offences as defence counsel previously sought time to review a newly served indictment containing 24 extra charges.
