Overview
- The fourth-round tie kicks off at 8pm GMT on Wednesday 28 October and will be shown live on ITV1 and streamed on ITVX in the UK.
- Fans outside the UK can watch on major international platforms including Paramount+ in the US, DAZN in Canada and beIN Sports in Australia according to published broadcaster lists.
- Chelsea will be without playmaker Cole Palmer because of a suspension and without Joao Pedro after a thigh injury ruled him out for weeks, while Emmanuel Emegha is included in the matchday squad and could make his debut.
- Liverpool arrive on a four-match winning run and may rotate given a congested schedule, but Florian Wirtz is a fitness doubt after tweaking his ankle against Brighton and will be monitored before selection.
- Coverage guides note ITVX requires a valid UK TV licence to watch live and recommend VPNs as a way to access geo‑restricted streams, while warning readers to follow platform terms of service.
