Overview
- The show closed its 2025 season on 28 September with an Oktoberfest-themed live edition from Mainz-Lerchenberg featuring acts such as voXXclub, Die Draufgänger, Antonia aus Tirol, Die Jungen Zillertaler, Relax, the Mountain Crew and guests Stefanie Hertel and Stefan Mross.
- Stefan Mross, usually seen on ARD’s Immer wieder sonntags, appeared as a guest, co-moderated a Wiesn-hits quiz with Andrea Kiewel and shared a brief on-air kiss as both rejected talk of rivalry.
- An official keg-tapping by TV chef Johann Lafer misfired, sending beer onto the stage until he held the tap in place by hand, and no celebratory beer was served.
- Throughout the show Kiewel read Lebkuchenherzen with jabs including “Kiwi-Kartoffel im Pelzmantel,” looked visibly unsettled, then learned at the end that Barbara Schöneberger had planted the hearts as a Verstehen Sie Spaß? prank.
- Kiewel riffed on Oktoberfest costs, citing a €15.50 Maß, €10.95 water and up to €24 for a bio Hendl, which drew laughter from the crowd.
