Live-Action Adaptation of Claymore Manga in Development by CBS Studios

Masi Oka, known for his role in Heroes, is developing and executive producing the project in collaboration with CBS Studios and Propagate Content.
The adaptation seeks to preserve the action and complex moral dilemmas of the original manga and its 2007 anime adaptation.
Claymore's story is set in a medieval world where female human-Yoma hybrids, called Claymores, battle shape-shifting predators known as Yoma.
The project is still in early development, with CBS Studios currently searching for a writer.
