- By 9:00 Moscow time, movement had resumed with processing on both entry and exit, according to the State Border Committee of Belarus.
- Only two of six road checkpoints on the Lithuania–Belarus frontier are currently open: Medininkai/Kamenny Log and Šalčininkai/Benyakoni.
- Belarusian officials said Lithuania temporarily halted processing at those two crossings overnight without prior notice.
