Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd are facing a lawsuit from two former bartenders at their TomTom restaurant, alleging wrongful termination, retaliation, and defamation.
The former employees claim they were fired in retaliation for reporting labor code and OSHA violations, and also allege the couple violated California labor codes by failing to provide proper rest periods.
One of the former employees alleges Vanderpump and Todd 'blacklisted' him by defaming him to future employers.
The lawsuit also alleges unsafe working conditions at TomTom, including late paychecks and sewage in the employee break room.
Despite the lawsuit, Vanderpump's business ventures continue to expand, with a new Hulu series and a new restaurant in Las Vegas set to open in 2024.
