The series, created by Liz Feldman, follows three families vying to buy the same 1920s Spanish style villa, leading to unexpected complications.
Kudrow will play Lydia, a former concert pianist and mother of two, who is against the idea of selling their family home.
Romano's character, Paul, is a desperate contractor looking to retire and live a life of financial freedom outside Los Angeles.
Kudrow is also set to star in Max's horror-comedy 'The Parenting' and the film adaptation of 'Time Bandits' for Apple TV+.
