Edificio Rostower Socimi, owned by Lionel Messi, has been listed on Spain's Portfolio Stock Exchange with a market valuation of €223 million ($232 million).
The company owns a portfolio of seven hotels, office spaces, and residential properties in Spain, Andorra, London, and Paris.
Messi serves as the chairman of the company’s board, with his wife, Antonela Roccuzzo, as vice-president and other board members tied to his family trust.
The company has posted financial losses in recent years, including €1.7 million in 2023 and €784,000 in 2022, per official filings.
Converting the company into a real estate investment trust (REIT) allows it to benefit from favorable tax treatment under Spanish law.
