Overview

  • The First Presidency announced the timeline on Oct. 27, formalizing dates for media access, public tours and the dedication.
  • Media day is set for Monday, March 9, 2026, followed by invited-guest tours on March 10–11.
  • The public open house runs March 12 through April 11, 2026, with closures on Sundays and on Saturday, April 4 for general conference.
  • The temple will be dedicated Sunday, May 3, 2026, in a single session broadcast to all units in the temple district, with the presiding authority yet to be announced.
  • The three-story, approximately 81,000-square-foot building stands near 800 East and Center Street in Lindon, as Utah counts 32 houses of the Lord statewide and additional temples under construction in Smithfield, Ephraim and Heber Valley.
