Lincoln University President on Leave Amid Calls for Resignation Following VP's Suicide

  • Emails emerged in which Candia-Bailey accused Moseley of ignoring her calls for help as she faced severe depression, anxiety, and harassment, and alleged that she was “intentionally harassed and bullied” after disclosing her mental illness to the university.
  • Lincoln University's National Alumni Association and other affiliates of the university, including students, are calling for Moseley to step down, with the hashtag #FireMoseley being used on social media.
  • Moseley, who has served as the 21st president of Lincoln University since January 2022, is now on paid administrative leave while a review is conducted.
