• Miss Pinar del Río finished as first runner-up and the delegate from Región Oriente placed as second runner-up among a field of 16 finalists.
• The 22-year-old is the daughter of Univision host Lili Estefan and niece of music icons Emilio and Gloria Estefan.
• This edition of the Miami-based pageant marks Cuba’s second entry since the franchise relaunched following a 57-year hiatus.
