Overview
- The first procession starts at 12:00 p.m. on October 4 from the Santuario de las Nazarenas and follows Avenida Emancipación, Jirón Chancay, Jirón Conde de Superunda and Avenida Tacna.
- Metropolitano adjustments include Service A running only to Avenida Alfonso Ugarte with stops at Dos de Mayo, Quilca and España, and Service C terminating at Estación Central with Colmena, Jirón de la Unión, Tacna and Castilla stations closed.
- Corredor Morado route 412 will operate only up to Jirón Virú in Rímac before returning toward San Juan de Lurigancho.
- Corredor Azul buses will detour via Prolongación Tacna, Francisco Pizarro, Caquetá, Alfonso Ugarte and Nicolás de Piérola, then continue along Garcilaso de la Vega, while Extraordinary Service 08 reaches only Jirón Washington, enters Avenida Bolivia and returns via Uruguay and Venezuela.
- The PNP will close nearby streets for the route, regular buses keep their usual paths except those from Avenida Argentina which turn at Plaza Ramón Castilla to return toward Callao, and the traditional ‘levantada’ will be replicated simultaneously in 52 brotherhoods.
