Jones' attorneys assert he has a valid Georgia permit, but Nevada does not honor permits from that state.
He posted a $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on October 1.
This is not Lil Baby's first run-in with law enforcement, having faced previous arrests in Atlanta and Paris.
