Overview

• LIC has not released the AAO 2025 admit card yet, and per the official brochure the download window opens seven days before the exam, with media estimating a September 25–26 release.
• Hall tickets will be available on licindia.in under Careers/Recruitment, where candidates log in with their registration number, password and security code to download.
• The preliminary exam will be an online objective test with three sections and separate timings, with no negative marking and section-wise qualifying requirements.
• The paper comprises 100 questions for a maximum of 70 marks over 60 minutes; Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude carry 35 questions each, while English (30 questions) is qualifying only.
• Test-takers must bring a printed admit card and a valid photo ID such as a passport, Aadhaar, PAN card or driving licence, and LIC will review answer patterns for similarity and may cancel candidature if responses appear not genuine.
