  • Of 812 matters assigned to her for drafting, she said she resolved 644 and left 34 pending in the Second Chamber and 33 in the Plenary, with draft rulings delivered to successors.
  • Minister Javier Laynez contested her accounting, asserting she left 36 cases for decision by the incoming Plenary.
  • Incoming ministers attended, including Hugo Aguilar, who will preside from September 1 as the reform abolishing chambers routes all pending cases to the full Court.
