Leica Introduces $329 LUX Grip to Enhance iPhone Photography

The MagSafe-compatible accessory offers tactile controls and advanced features inspired by Leica's classic cameras.

The Leica LUX Grip attaches to iPhones via MagSafe, providing a traditional camera-like feel with physical controls and customizable buttons.
It features a two-stage shutter button, a control dial for adjusting settings like zoom and exposure, and Bluetooth integration with the Leica LUX app.
The LUX Grip includes a rechargeable battery supporting up to 1,000 shots and is compatible with both left- and right-handed users.
The Leica LUX app, available with free and subscription-based Pro versions, introduces new features such as a 50mm lens simulator and film grain effects.
Inspired by Leica's photographic heritage, the grip incorporates design elements from Fjorden, a Norwegian company acquired by Leica in 2023.
