• Lego officially confirmed two fan-designed sets based on The X-Files and Wallace & Gromit after they won the Build Your Nostalgia: ’90s Throwback competition.
• The X-Files: The Truth Is Out There set, by WetWired, recreates Mulder’s basement office in two stacked vignettes and a UFO encounter with six minifigures across approximately 2,020 pieces.
• Pidelium’s Wallace & Gromit set depicts the duo on their iconic motorbike and sidecar from A Close Shave as a brick-built display within a 200–1,000-piece range.
• Both sets beat 268 other entries in Lego’s Ideas competition and will proceed through the company’s production review, which may bring adjustments to their final designs.
• Release dates and pricing remain unannounced pending completion of Lego’s production review.
