Investigation Underway to Determine Source of Infection at Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa

Two guests of the Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa in Whitefield, New Hampshire have been diagnosed with Legionnaires' disease.
One of the victims, a 71-year-old woman from Massachusetts, died from the disease in October.
The other victim, from Rhode Island, was hospitalized but has since been released.
The New Hampshire Division of Public Health Services is investigating the infections to determine the potential sources of exposure.
The resort has stated that they are working closely with health officials and are awaiting test results to confirm the potential source.
