Lean In Foundation Launches Girls Leadership Program To Counter Gender Bias

Sheryl Sandberg's Lean In foundation created a middle school curriculum to address leadership gender gaps.
The program aims to help girls see themselves as leaders by tackling biases and stereotypes.
Curriculum was developed with experts and piloted with organizations like Girl Scouts.
First half of program is free online, second half requires facilitator training.
