The GIGABYTE AORUS Z890 PRO ICE motherboard leak reveals Intel's upcoming Z890 chipset and Core Ultra 200 series CPUs.
Intel's new platform adopts the LGA 1851 socket and transitions fully to DDR5 memory, moving away from DDR4.
The Z890 chipset will provide 60 HSIO lanes, including 48 PCIe lanes with native PCIe 5.0 support for M.2 storage and graphics cards.
Intel's Arrow Lake-S processors will be part of the Core Ultra series, marking a shift from the 14th Gen Core naming scheme.
The Z890 motherboards and Core Ultra 200 CPUs are expected to launch in October, with additional chipsets following in 2025.
