Overview

  • Leaked Geekbench 6 tests on an HP development board running Ubuntu 24.04.1 show the N1X delivering a 3,096 single-core score and an 18,837 multi-core score.
  • The ARM-based SoC configures 10 Cortex-X925 and 10 Cortex-A725 cores, likely reaching around 4 GHz boost frequencies.
  • Nvidia is collaborating with MediaTek to develop the N1 series using off-the-shelf Arm Cortex designs.
  • With its benchmark results falling in line with Intel’s Arrow Lake-HX and AMD’s Ryzen AI MAX, the N1X exceeds Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X Elite in early tests.
  • Nvidia did not disclose the N1 series at Computex 2025, and a commercial launch is forecast for 2026.
