A Reddit user posted a video of an ad that appears to confirm the Meta Quest 3S will cost $299.99 for the 128GB model.
The Quest 3S is designed to be a more accessible version of the Quest 3, featuring the same Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2 chipset but with lower-quality displays and a bulkier design.
The ad, reportedly seen on Peacock, shows the Quest 3S alongside the Quest 3, indicating that the Meta Quest range starts at $299.99.
The Quest 3S will include older lenses and lack a headset jack, but will use the same controllers as the Quest 3.
If the leak is accurate, the Quest 3S will be one of the cheapest VR headsets on the market, making VR more accessible to a broader audience.
