Marseille, le 5 juin dernier. Une plainte pour complicité de crimes de génocide, de guerre, et contre l’humanité a été déposée, mercredi 11 juin 2025, par la Ligue des droits de l’homme contre Eurolinks.

Overview

  • The Ligue des Droits de l’Homme filed a complaint on June 11 against Eurolinks and Israel’s IMI Systems for complicity in war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide.
  • The lawsuit was lodged with constitution de partie civile, a move that typically triggers the appointment of an investigating judge to examine the allegations.
  • Eurolinks is accused of providing links for machine-gun ammunition to IMI Systems, a subsidiary of Elbit Systems whose weapons have been used in Gaza.
  • Earlier this month, CGT dockworkers at Marseille-Fos refused to load three containers of Eurolinks-made military components bound for Israel to avoid complicity in alleged atrocities.
  • The French Ministry of the Armed Forces maintains that exported items were defensive components or destined for re-export and insists France does not sell weapons to Israel.
